How to use the hand drill in the power tool

The impact Cordless Brushless Impact Drill Bl-cjz1301/20v is mainly based on rotary cutting, and also has an impact mechanism electric tool that relies on the operator’s thrust to produce impact force. It is suitable for drilling masonry, concrete and other materials. To use and protect the impact hand drill accurately, generally pay attention to the following questions.

1. Operation

(1) Check whether the power supply is consistent with the conventional extra 220V voltage on electric tools before operation, and reduce the wrong connection to the 380V power supply.

(2) Before using the impact drill, please carefully check the body protection, auxiliary handle and ruler, etc., and whether the machine has loose screws.

(3) The impact drill is loaded into an alloy steel impact drill or a general-purpose drill with a permitted size between φ6-25MM according to the data requirements. Prohibit the use of drills that exceed the size.

(4) The wire of the impact drill should be well protected, and it is forbidden to drag it all over the ground to reduce rolling damage and cutting, and reduce the dragging of the wire into the oily water, which will corrode the wire.

2. Protection and maintenance

(1) Regularly replace the carbon brush of the impact drill and check the spring pressure by an electrician.

(2) Ensure the whole body of the impact drill and its cleaning and dirt, so that the impact drill runs smoothly.

(3) Personnel regularly check whether the various parts of the hand drill are damaged, and replace those that are severe and unusable in time.

(4) Timely replenish the body screw fasteners lost on the body due to work.

(5) Regularly check the bearings, gears and cooling fan blades of the transmission part, and add lubricating oil to the rotating parts to extend the service life of the hand drill.

(6) After the use, the hand drill should be returned to the warehouse in time for safekeeping. Reduce overnight storage in personal belonging cabinets.
